A/C, fireplaces, tables, fitted tablecloths, plates, flatware, serving utensils, glasses, (2)serving trays & tray stands, sanitizing station, small refrigerator, white board, pens and pencils.

Location Rules

No loud noise or music after 10:00 PM / LED candles ONLY / No cooking / No alcohol sales / No hanging objects from ceiling / No entering other structures / No loitering outside the property and adjacent streets

Booking Policy

Please book the time that you need for setup, shooting/event, and breakdown/cleanup. As a courtesy, we can allow you and your team to arrive 15 minutes prior event. Closing Times: 10:00 PM promptly

Pricing & Payment Information

$250.00 Two Hours, minimum / $425.00 Four hours / $50.00 One Additional Hour (Must be paid in advance, no exceptions). We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.
