Mr. Webb is a husband, father, award winning author and educator. He retired from law enforcement to focus on improving education outcomes of students and improving relationships between administration, teachers, parents, and students. He started Webbolutionary Motivation to help build communities through a collaborative approach with school leaders, teachers, parents, and students. He has used his experience to provide practical approaches to address student behavior and improve accountability. He focuses on restorative practices to improve relationships, decrease violence, and improve moral.
